Each roundtable seats 10 to 14 leaders around a single theme, moderated by an EXECINNOV partner. No press, no recording, no titles on the table — just the conversation. Participants receive the theme brief two weeks ahead, so the room starts at depth rather than introductions.

Working sessions in small groups. Leaders leave with alliances, initiatives and a follow-up date.
